WHAT: Yoga in DeBary

It's time to unwind, breath, stretch and tone your body in a low impact yoga class. This class is designed for beginners who would like to learn to relieve stress, tone muscles, increase circulation and flexibility.

You do not need to be flexible in order to attend this class.

This is a co-ed class. Great for golfers, too!

Some of the benefits: promotes better sleep, helps to relieve tight muscles, improves concentration & circulation, learn to maximize your breathing, learn to find balance and center yourself. Leave each class with an improved sense of well being.

Please bring a towel or mat to sit/lie on and wear comfortable clothing. We meet in the music room and occasionally in the media center.
